I am the original owner of this HD camera and am selling it because I am an amatuer and have not been giving it much use. The camera is in excellent condition - with no noticable scratches or marks. Operation of all camera functions is also excellent. There is a little wear on the "ON/CAMERA/MEDIA" switch label. The camera has, from the time of purchase, had a UV filter installed to protect the lens. To minimize shock and dust, the camera was always transported in a professional Porta-Brace bag or the form fitting Hardigg Storm Case case shown in the photos. When not in use, the camera was stored in our smoke free air conditioned home. Only 88 hours of total use are recorded on the non-reseable hours meter. I upgraded the firmware to ver 1.11. Since I remove the battery when the camera is not in use the Sony Servce Center didn't see any advantage in me sending the camera in for the battery drain modification, so I didn't have the mod done.
