Have you a friend who's 21st birthday is coming up? Why not buy them a spoof present? But this is also a good social piece of early Portmeirion so a collector would also like it. It is 4" high & 8" across, with a great floral pattern & the wording " Twenty First Birthday " on the front. This is 1962 the first year that Portmeirion was formed. A E Grey Pottery & Kirkhams Ltd changed their name on December 31st 1961 to form Portmeirion. No cracks or chips but it is Age Crazed.
