Antique Dresden Style soft paste porcelain figurine of little man eating a bowl of what looks like porridge! There are two bonbon dishes on either side shaped like shells which are decorated with flowers and insects inside.. He is all complete but has had a repair done at some point on his leg.
There is a mark of two blue slashes crossed by one blue slash and the letters IIDW. I believe this figurine was made by the Sitzendorf factory during the period when the Voigt Brothers ran it between 1858 and 1896.
Reason for sale: I am moving abroad and downsizing my belongings
