(For the very best result your inkjet printer will need to print at 750DPI or more)

New Easycut Hot foil photopolymer Fibre Backed printing plate (hfpp-fb) Design and make your own hot foil printing stamping, blocking, tipping plates at a fraction of the cost of metal plates. The Easycut hot foil printing plate are just as good as any metal backed plate on the market the only difference is that they are cheaper!
Make up to 20 hot foil printing plates (50x50mm) from one sheet. You can pay up to £10-15 for just one metal plate!

All you need to do is print your design onto the artwork ink-jet printable film provided (for the very best results your printer needs to at 750dpi or higher in mono) and place the artwork on top of the Easycut hot foil place it in almost any UV exposure unit that as a clamp arrangement, or vacuum chamber or pressure pad lid system
Then after exposing wash the printing plate! It’s that easy.
With this hot foil printing plate (hfpp-fb)You can Foil at temperature of up to 160 degrees centigrade which will suit most hot foil printing machines application, Stamping, Blocking, Tipping, etc.
This hot foil printing plate (hfpp-fb) is not precut, so you can cut the printing plate size to with a pair of good quality scissors
UV Exposure times may very depending on your UV Exposure unit
(Hot Foil printing plates temperature setting, will depend on if you have digital temperature controller or analogue controller).
