Our Organic smoked salt is slow smoked over either apple wood or maple wood to give it a unique smikiness and golden colour.
Both types of salt taste great on meat, chicken,vegetables, pasta and many other foods giving them a lovely smokey aroma and enhancing the taste.
My favourite is maple smoked salt on roast potatoes, or fresh tomatoes, sprinkled over duck before cooking or on creamy pasta dished, they taste great!!
Both salts come in re-sealable salt mills for easy use and to keep them fresh
