This stall can be set up in no more than twenty mins and packs down to fit in a small van (citroen berlingo), easier to store than a trailer.
The griddle is 4.5' long and 2' wide and made out of high quality stainless steel incorporating high quality burners with flame failure device. Can cook - All meats, stir fries, beans, hot beef and gravy and much much more.
The food hut and griddle is a real show stopper, I have traded against some nice big trailers and customers PREFER to buy from this. Trailers do not do as well and take longer to build up business.
