Q1. Do you come out and measure and quote the kitchen?
Yes. We come out to your home at a time that suits you and completly measure up the existing space. This is where we talk to you about where you would like to position elements of the kitchen. We then come back to our office and complete the quote of the new kitchen.
Q2. What is the process involved in getting a new kitchen?
Step 1: We come out to your home and measure and quote the kitchen area.
Step 2: We complete the quote process and submit it to the client.
Step 3: Client reviews the quote and accepts the qoute.
Step 4: We build the kitchen cabinets (approx 4-5 weeks).
Step 5: The kitchen cabinets are delivered to your home.
Step 6: The kitchen cabinets are installed into you home (1-3 days).
Step 7: We come to your home to measure up the benchtop area.
Step 8: The benchtop is made to size and specs (7-14 days).
Step 9: We install the benchtop in your new kitchen (1-5 hrs).
Step 10: We come to your home to measure up the backing area (walls) of the kitchen. (eg. splashback).
Step 11: The surface for the backing area is made and cut to size (7-14 days).
Step 12: We install the backing area in your new kitchen (1-5 hrs).
Step 13: The kitchen is now complete!
Q3. How long does it take to complete the new kitchen?
Small Kitchens (4-6 weeks)
Medium Kitchens (6-8 weeks)
Large Kitchens (9 + weeks)
Q4. What is the average cost of a new kitchen?
Anywhere from £2.500 - £30.000 depending on size, finishes, etc.
Q5. How does the payment process work?
The payment process works as follows:
Payment 1: 30% Upfront before any work commences.
Payment 2: 30% Once the kitchen cabinets have been delivered.
Payment 3: 30% After the benchtop has been installed.
Payment 4: 10% After the backing area has been installed.
Q6. Can we customise the design of the kitchen ourselves (eg. handles, etc)?
Yes. We can cater for your design needs.
Q7. What are the different benchtop options?
The different benchtop options are:

Q8. What are the different wall backing options (eg. splashback, etc)?
The different benchtop options are:

Yes. We have quite a range of appliances such as dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, etc that we can provide and install for you.
