The natural sleep inducing properties of hops and lavender have been known for along time. So after seeing Grow Your Own Drugs a BBC TV program I decided to make one for my husband and son, both have reported that getting to sleep is easier as well as a deeper sleep. The pillow mesures 6"x 8" and is filled with a quality mix of Hops/Lavender (50g). It needs to be placed either under your pillow or between your pillow and headboard.
Price includes P&P. Just let me know which of the following fabrics you would like- Blue spot, Pink spot, Blue stripe, Peach patchwork or Lilac patchwork.
