Could Healthy Foods Be Causing You Problems?
You might be surprised just how many symptoms can be connected to food sensitivities. I'm a colon hydrotherapist and a great many of the people who attend my practise with IBS symptoms are actually sensitive to something in their diet; and it's most often something which is generally considered to be healthy.
My Own Issues
I started my business as a result of my own health challenges. My health had deteriorated so slowly I just accepted it as a normal part of my life. Bowel issues, permanent abdominal discomfort, catching every bug going, joint and muscle pain, tired, overweight and unhappy seemed to be my lot in life. I had been going to the hospital for a long time as I always had swollen lymph glands under my jaw and in my groin. The doctors kept telling me my body was fighting something they were just not able to identify what.
Food Sensitivity Test
I had a food sensitivity test but didn't for a minute think there was going to be any foods highlighted. I had always eaten a healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, whole grains etc. Even when I had the test and got my results I was still sceptical. But having paid my money I thought I'd give it a go and threw myself into the elimination diet 100%.
Dramatic Results
Within three days of starting the diet I no longer had either muscular or joint pain. The changes by the end of the month were nothing short of miraculous. Free of pain, I weighed 22lbs less and my bowel problems were resolved completely. Truly, I have never looked back.

How Long Does It Take
You should allow an hour and a half for your test (and three hours if you are having the colonic at the same time but I don't mind if you split the appointment).
I will supply you with information about changing your diet including sheets that highlight the hidden places the foods you are trying to avoid may be hidden.
