30DAY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP

The 30 day trial membership will run like this. You will receive an initial evaluation that includes current goals, current obstacles and goal setting followed by an assessment of yourself (the human body). We carry this out on all current members as we believe that the need for customised results, you need a customised program. Each person is different and responds differently to different training programs. No one program will work for everyone. Getting evaluated is extremely important to ensure your long term success on a weight loss program. An evaluation provides a road map of where to start and how to individualise your program.

Our program design team will then formulate and create a program for you to use within 24 hours. You are then entitled to four coaching sessions (one per week) with one of our highly skilled coaches.

Also over the 30 days we will be teaching you on nutrition specifically for your goals – the exact same information our personal members receive. This involves goal setting, food plan evaluations, up to date tried and tested tools that you can use and also a complete review/feedback session of a 7 day food journal completed within over the 30 days of being with us.

That’s not all, you do have unlimited usage of our metabolic group classes and of our gym too so you can interact with our current members to discuss training, weight loss success’s, feedback or just a general chat.
