Nordic walking is a very socialble activity that can help you lose weight, improve your cardio fitness, improve posture and generally improve your overall fitness levels and is suitable for ages. Barbara runs a 4 week introductory course for small groups (maximum 6 people) or smaller groups and one-to-one tuition if requested. If you love being outdoors and want to improve your fitness and enjoy the Norfolk countryside this would be a great choice. Once you have completed the 4 week course you can join one of the regular walks Barbara runs and continue walking and improving your technique.
