Hand built house on stilts with slide and structure for swings(no swings included). Still standing will dismantle once sold. My children have all outgrown this now but it has provided many years of enjoyment. I have included pictures to give you an idea, but ours is plain wood which you can paint. Yellow wavey slide. The side part for swings can fit two swings on it, and it does have the underneath section which you could build a sand pit if you wanted to but we do not have one anymore.
