This power plate is in immaculate condition. It was bought as a Christmas gift last year but unfortunately I am unable to take it to my new flat. It has a heart monitor panels to measure your fitness, pose suggestions and up to 50 vibrations p/s as a speed. I am sad to be selling this as it did wonders for me regarding weight loss. I was toned and slimmer from spending 10 minutes every 3 days or so on this machine. Comes with instructions, elastic bands to stretch with and extra tools.
Unfortunately, I've not used this machine for a number of months as it should have been used, and so it is in near perfect condition.
Please note the power plate is heavy (39 kg) and so must be considered when buying. I can deliver locally. This power plate retails at £150-£200.
