This is a great excersise machine, you stand on.
It vibrates to low, medium or high.
It sends vibes through your body, toning muscles and losing the wobbly bits!
You can do step up's and twists, as the circle you stand on twists round.
It has handles to it. AND HAS WIRELESS CONTROLLER FOR IT
Selling coz i don't really use it and ideally want a treadmill running machine.
So...I am looking to sell this at £100 so the money will go towards one.
Or straight swap with a treadmill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is in excellent condition, still practically brand new.
I have had many beneifts from it!!
But just want to sell it so i can get a treadmill.
