Hi !
This a child's bicycle in need of some TLC.
It's basically sound but as you know, kids will be kids and this has had it's fair share of use.
I suspect that both inner tubes maybe punctured, though tire treads are fine.
Brakes need adjusting and gears need oiling.
It wouldn't take much for a loving Dad to get rolling !
