The treadmill is in excellent condition having been hardly used. Shortly after purchase we downsized our home to an apartment giving no room for the treadmill. We use a nearby gym now. The equipment is suitable for both professional and home use. It can be dismantled or folded for transportation but will need a suitable vehicle because it is heavy! There is a small scratch on the consule caused during our removal otherwise it is as new. The instructions and accessories are all included. The price paid new is more than double that which is being asked now. We need the space so a quick sale is preferred.
